Stuff that is staff related (and also management-related for placing silly expectations on the staff) includes a dirty dining room, no condiments or napkins available, and asking customers to back up so as to reset the drive-thru timer (makes the average time appear lower). I mean, wasn't that the point of the combo meal - to simplify the ordering process? That's on the franchise owner and perhaps corporate.
